LET NOT UNEMPLOYMENT STOP YOUR CREATIVITY


1.         I was always wondering while having a job, as I belong to under developed country, that when I would be having a good salary job I can flourish my creativity, I would build a mechanical Refrigerator, a mechanical washing machine and so on. But as I left a job, I got ample time for brain storming during unemployment. This gave rise to me the idea that UNEMPLOYMENT, sometimes is blessing in disguise. Those following things which I wondered that I may or may not do in my life; I did while having unemployment.
ü  I helped my father in building a portion of house. Becoming his helping hand not only gave him confidence over me , it also gave me chance of quality time spending with him
ü  I built an aquarium with help of my elder son. This activity gave me chance to spend time with my elder son. It gave confidence to my son to create something. Moreover, it also increased my reliability on my son that I could assign tasks to him. Definitely when we spend more time with anyone while following a task, we develop good communication as well
ü  Participated in repair of my Uncle’s house which was also a healthy experience
ü  Spent quality time with my family and among Neighbours
ü   Learned Arabic Typing in addition as I already knew English Typing
ü  Worked out daily for 1.5 km Jogging and 1.5 km running with some exercises to reduce body fats and helped me a lot to shape up my figure
ü  Made Family and Friend Reunion parties and build up relationship
2.         Why all this, in fact this makes you busy and diverted from a failure of not having job. So it improves creativity and liveliness in a person.  Doing all above divergent activities lead me to a happy and healthy life.

3.         A webpage http://happierhuman.com/hedonic-treadmill/  states that unemployment is the 2nd biggest shock a human receives in his life after the death of his/her spouse.



4.         See life hardship will continue to come but we have to coup with them. So although it is difficult to stop your creativity while being unemployed, but after a month or so, try to go for creative activities , this would give relief from the shock of being unemployed and will also improve life satisfaction.

1.         Business Owners are eager to start a business but do not know the detail of Hows and What s and Where s of the business and that is actually lack of Tactical Decision making. A bird eye view of solving such problem is given by me in this article. Tactical Decision Making is a Business strategy where decisions are made with the end result of ensuring a company ' s success is to be made as better as possible.  Now there are several ways to do but first and foremost is utilization of time for tactical decision making because Time is money and is an asset. Once its gone then it is difficult to coup up with new circumstance that come in one ‘s way .
2.         Why time is important in Tactical Decision Making in a Business Plan:           Once time is less then Tactical Decision making is completely disturbed and human mind concentrate on Operational activities and could not remember tactical decisions and its implementation. And even one try to concentrate to make tactical decision in small period of time , then it’s not effective.
3.         Making a Tactical Business Plan   : Practically it has been seen some people want to carry out ABC project and when asked that if they carry out their SWOT analysis, they are like Goose in a lake, wondering in the middle of some dream, think some Finance will come from Some where (  whereas FINANCE is one of the major hindrance in starting a project)   and then they’ll find a suitable place in a  business that they haven’t seen in their whole life ( i.e no home work) . Listen up guys things do not go like that smoothly in this world. Yes they go, but with lots of hurdles and problems which are unknown. So how to coup up is first:
·         Start analysis of Strength Weaknesses Opportunities and Threats
·                     a)     Make as many plans as possible on a plan paper
b)     Go for a hypothetical execution of plan and see which is easy to move
c)      Select a viable solution keeping in view budget and forecasting
d)      Select your team and inculcate tactical planning among team members and be well versed with it
e)      Take the feedback from Team for tactical plan and make changes if required in plan accordingly, that’s give a better execution of plan
f)       Taking in to account risk factors as more risk are involved in a new Business as compared to Bench marking Business
g)     Now in the end we have a Critical Path Analysis available for execution after putting Timeline in each activity.
h)   All above will only happen with lot of Communication at all levels

These steps needed to be done long before touching your financial asset . Otherwise you'll gain profit but with loss of lot of money

ASKING FOR A LEAVE FROM YOU


1.    While working as a Manager for the last 10 years inclined 

me to write upon one of the issue which every employee is to 

face. That is asking for a leave. Some employee are successful in 
getting much leaves and some are unfortunate in this matter. 

But I want to highlight , what a boss should do when a person 

ask for a leave. Being a boss, although its your right to keep in 

view all situations , workload , previous leaves, absentee rate 

etc. But I tell you one tip which plays an enormous rule in your 

life for building better communication among the employees, 

having good respect and obedience. You would be surprised but

 that is true.   " WHENEVER A PERSON IS ASKING FOR A

 LEAVE , IT IS GOOD ENOUGH REASON TO GIVE HIM A 

LEAVE"  , and you would be wondering what the heck am I 

saying. With past experience of 10 years in Aeronautical 

Industry and carrying out all sort of maintenance and Quality 

control activities, with all urgent flying requirements, I had the 

best time with my employees and equipment in a sense that no 

work remain pending along with the policy of giving each and 

every person who wants to get a leave.

2.    There has been tremendous debate over the issue. Employee 

increased leaves sometimes makes him / her prone to bullying 

by the boss.  This is due to the fact that Bosses starts 

compromising production at the cost of declining social values 

and employee emotions. However emotions and social values 

are among one of the strongest bond which a boss can develop 

with his/her employees. I had been managing 100 people staff 

approximately for many years and did not stop any leave. As a 

result there was to effect of production/ maintenance process.

3.    It has been observed that employee suffering from chronic 

diseases like asthma or hepatitis etc remain mostly in a state of 

anxiety and tension due to the fact that he or she is stressed by 

continuous gestures received from the boss.

4.     To come to the conclusion , bosses have to create an 

atmosphere where employee feel free to get leave specially in 

those circumstance which leave can give him/her relief from 

some suffering as illness or maternity leave etc.
